WINTER I Sports Master Schedule 2024

The SPORTS PARTICIPATION FORM must be completed, digitally signed, and submitted by the beginning of your child's first day of tryouts for any/all sports.  A current year physical must also be on file prior to tryouts. 

YOU ONLY NEED TO COMPLETE THIS ONCE PER CHILD PER SCHOOL YEAR.

Sports Requirements:

• Sports Physical turned into the office and on file with the school nurse 

• A parent/guardian of a student athlete MUST complete and digitally sign the Sports Participation Form for the current school year. *This only needs to be completed ONCE per school year.

• Other required forms will be given out on the first day of practices

• $25 sports fee will be collected once on the team roster

Students who wish to participate in Sports must adhere to the following:

• Must be enrolled at Signal Hill

• Must be up to date on school fees/payment plans in order to attend try-outs

• Must have new/updated sports physicals in order to practice or participate in any sport throughout the year.

• Jr. High sports follow a "cut policy".  Open try-outs will be held the first week and coaches will announce final selection after try-outs.

• Coaches will collect a $25 fee per sport when the student makes the team.
